    Hi there –

I wasn’t sure which topic to post this under – so I hope this is the right area..
I’m noticing that some SVG files import perfectly well into Iannix and others do not. Are there specific requirements for preparing an SVG suitable for Iannix?

    Thanks.

    Hi!
Each SVG element (a polyline, a curve…) will be a curve. So the more you have elements, the more you’ll have curves and cursors.
You may pre-process the SVG for grouping/merging shapes if you have too many curves.

    Hi Iannix –
    Thanks for the fast response..

I’m curious what determines an “element” for an SVG, though.
I generated this SVG, comprised of rows of linked diamonds, but it imports to Iannix as a single diamond.

Also, where would you do the SVG processing to “merge” elements? Is that something that is possible within Iannix?
