    Received a toll notification from I‑Pass Illinois but after double billing my account, the payment still shows as pending. I completed the transaction on their website and expected the balance to update immediately, but nothing changed. I reached out via their online form but haven’t received confirmation or correction. Has anyone experienced a similar billing glitch and managed to resolve it? I’d love to know how things finally got adjusted.
