I hope you’re doing well. I’m thinking about bringing an ebook ghostwriter on board, but I’m unsure about the right timing. I’ve been sitting on a few ideas for a while now, but I keep going back and forth between doing it myself and hiring someone to help.

I’m not sure if I should wait until I have a full outline or if it’s okay to hire a ghostwriter just based on a rough concept. I’d really appreciate your thoughts on this. When did you know it was the right time to bring in a ghostwriter for your ebook project?

Also, if you’ve gone through the process, how much prep work did you do before reaching out to a ghostwriter? Any tips or things you wish you knew earlier would be helpful too.
