Yes, you can use Javascript in message like that:

osc://ip_out:57120/cursor cursor_id {cursor_time_percent * cursor_xPos}

or

osc://ip_out:57120/cursor cursor_id {cursor_time_percent + cos(cursor_xPos)}

and so on…
