From Xenakis’ UPIC to IanniX

“I was very happy to discover IanniX. I think it is both a beautiful tribute to the hard work that my father has spent his entire life to put the computer in the service of musical and visual creation. And a very technical, alive and present success. Although, personally, I always feel a moment of sadness realizing that despite all the strength he had, he is definitely no longer there to share those moments and give his opinion… I honestly think he would have been very happy to discover this beautiful metamorphosis of the UPIC which was so dear to him and he would immediately goes into this new adventure.”
