    Hello everyone.

    Has anyone handed out an Employee of the Month Award in the form of a giant, over-the-top championship belt? Not some cheesy plaque collecting dust, but something loud, ridiculous, and impossible to ignore.

    I’m thinking WWE vibes in the middle of the office. Does it fire people up or just turn into a meme? Looking for stories, reactions, or straight-up disasters. If we’re gonna recognize top performers, might as well make it legendary, right?

    Curious how far is too far when motivating a team.
