    Tried to cancel a non-refundable Booking reservation within the grace period, but the site didn’t accept my request and still shows the booking as active. I submitted their cancellation form with my confirmation code but haven’t seen any update or refund offer. Has anyone forced a last-minute non-refundable cancellation through Booking.com and actually received reimbursement or credit? I’m curious which precise details convinced their team to override the policy.
