    Noticed a recurring charge from Current Com that I didn’t recognize and couldn’t locate in my statement breakdown. I used the support form and submitted detailed billing info, but haven’t received any follow-up or refund confirmation. Has anyone dealt with an unexpected charge and actually had it reversed? I’d like to learn which action prompted a clear resolution.

    Late last week I spotted a mysterious fee in my transaction list and consulted current com reviews for insight. One effective approach described combining the exact billing date, charge amount, and account email inside one submission, plus including a screenshot of the fee entry. I followed that format, and within three days, a representative emailed back explaining it was a duplicate billing error and immediately issued a credit.
