    Logged into my FasTrak account and saw a charge for a toll that never showed as deducted on the bridge transponder system. I thought it would resolve automatically, but the trip still shows as pending payment—even though I completed it. I used the support form days ago and haven’t received any confirmation or correction. Has anyone dealt with a similar discrepancy and actually had it fixed? Would love to know what led to resolution.

A tip that stood out involved sending a precise note listing the transponder number, travel date, and toll location, plus a screenshot of the pending status. After following that by submitting those exact details, I received an email two days later explaining the account system hadn’t fully processed the transaction and confirming the hold was removed. My balance updated within a day. It seems providing clear reference data and tangible proof of the issue prompted a prompt corrective action.
