Hey guys! I’ve been thinking about trying some kind of self-knowledge app for a couple of weeks now, like a diary or something to work with emotions and thoughts. There’s too much in my head — I want to somehow figure it out, understand what I need and where to go. I’m just tired of the constant noise in my head. I’ve seen different options on TikTok, but it’s hard to choose something normal.

I was also looking for something convenient, simple and without unnecessary “psychological” tinsel. I recently tried liven app, and, frankly, I was pleasantly surprised. The app is built as a small self-knowledge route — there are really convenient tips, tasks and even visual maps where you can see how you’re progressing. I liked it because you don’t need to be an expert to figure it out. Plus, everything is presented in an easy and understandable form. After a week of using it, I felt better — at least some inner clarity began.

I’m not a fan of paper diaries, I always forget to write in them. But the app is convenient, the phone is always nearby. What you described sounds really useful. It’s especially cool that there are visual things – I’m a visual person, it’s easier for me to understand my progress. I’ll download it now, I’ll take a look. If anyone else has tips on such apps – share!
