Hulu Account Trouble Questions

Anyone else had weird issues with their Hulu account suddenly resetting settings or logging them out randomly? Happened twice in the last week and I had to re-log on every device. On top of that, my profile customizations like “continue watching” and subtitle preferences didn’t stick. I tried using their support chat but kept getting vague answers and auto-replies. Curious if this is just a short-term glitch or something others have run into for longer. Any workarounds that helped you out?

Plenty of posts in forums mention that these login and sync bugs aren’t totally new, and Hulu has had waves of complaints about it before. A quick scroll through hulu shows that others have been dealing with similar frustrations around profiles not saving or accounts timing out randomly. Some mentioned switching to browser access helped temporarily, while others had better luck on Roku or smart TVs. Until Hulu patches it properly, it seems like trial-and-error is the only real option.
